Meet Carol "Sweetiepie" Cater-Simmons 

Originally from Macon, Georgia, she pursued her education at Clark College (now Clark Atlanta University), Georgia State University, and Roosevelt University. With a strong background in counseling and therapy, she specializes in substance abuse, alcohol dependency, domestic violence, and housing issues. As a co-founder of her company, she plays a pivotal role in shaping its culinary direction, having developed the majority of the recipes used in their offerings. Beyond her culinary contributions, she has also crafted the brand identity for each of the business ventures, ensuring they resonate with their target audiences. Her diverse skill set and commitment to helping others reflect her dedication to both her professional and personal pursuits. She serves as President and CEO.

Meet Chad Simmons

A native of Chicago, Illinois, he earned his degrees in Business from Morehouse College and the University of Iowa. Over the course of 25 years, he established a successful career as a human resources executive, working with prominent companies such as Quaker Oats, BP, Citicorp, Nabisco, Kraft Foods and University of Iowa Heath Care. His extensive experience in human resources has equipped him with a deep understanding of organizational dynamics and workforce management.

As a co-founder of the company, he played a crucial role in developing its brand identity and strategy, contributing significantly to its growth and success. His leadership extends to his position as Chairman, where he continues to guide the organization with vision and expertise. His commitment to fostering a strong workplace culture and enhancing employee engagement has been instrumental in the company’s achievements. Through his strategic insight and dedication, he has helped shape not only the company’s brands but also its overall mission and values.
